云南省人口数量与消费水平对资源环境的影响分析

【摘 要】人口与消费是资源环境影响的主要因素。文章运用云南省1978-2009年的统计数据分析了人口数量与消费水平变化对云南资源环境的影响。结果表明：自上个世纪80年代开始，云南省人口数量变化对资源环境的影响增长缓慢且最小；人口与消费水平协同作用的影响次之；消费水平变化对资源环境的影响最大，并且远远大于人口数量变化的影响，二者的差距呈不断扩大之势。在分析产生上述结果的原因之后，文章并提出了相应的政策建议。%Population quantity and the level of consumption are the main factors that affect the resources &environment. By using the statistical data from 1978 to 2009 in Yunnan province, the paper has analyzed the impact of the change of population quantity and the level of consumption on the resources&environment. The results show the change of population quantity has the least influence which is slow growth. The synergistic effect of the change of population and the level of consumption is less than the one of the change level consumption and greater than the impact of population quantity. The impact of the level of consumption is the largest, which is more larger than the impact of the population quantity. The gap between the impact of population quantity and the level of consumption is widening. Finally the

article puts forward some advices after analyzing the reasons of the above results.
