摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational method suitable for massproduction of a Cu-Fe-P-Mg-based copper alloy sheet material excellent in conductivity,strength, flexure processability and stress relaxation characteristics when adding loadstress in a direction vertical to both of a rolling direction and a sheet thickness
direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a copper alloy sheetmaterial including melting a copper alloy containing, by mass%, Fe:0.05 to 2.50%, Mg:0.03to 1.00% and P:0.01 to 0.20%, conducting hot rolling under conditions of residence timeat 600 to 400°C:1 min. or longer, total rolling rate at 600°C or less:20% or more, a finalpath temperature:400 to 550°C, average cooling rate at 400 to 300°C:5°C/sec. or more,and conducting intermediate firing before finishing cold rolling under conditions ofresidence time at 550 to 600°C:0.4 h or more, cooling time required from a maximumarrival temperature to 400°C:2.0 h or longer and average cooling rate at 550 to400°C:80°C/h or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
