种方式的优点为:现场招聘会比较直观,可以见到应聘者本人,通过交流也可以了解应聘者本人的一些相关的信息,现场进行选拔。由于参加的招聘会的人员较多,可选择的余地也较大。
而现场招聘会的缺点是:现场招聘由于时间较短,不能当场对应聘者进行详细的审查
和评测,还需要进行下一个面试或者笔试的环节。由于现场招聘者个人的因素(现场招聘人员往往是秘书或者助理),也容易造成对应聘人员的把握不准,造成真正优秀人员的流失。现场应聘人员一般以刚刚毕业的学生居多,从业经验缺乏,平均素质也不会太高。
