摘要：The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus (2) comprising a weightstack (6) for opposing a given exercise motion through a cable (8) and pulley (10) system.The weight stack (6) comprises a set of weights (14) vertically stacked on each other. Theweights have a central aperture (18) formed therein through which a lifting stem (16) isdownwardly insertable. Each weight is provided with weight selector means (4), which arepivotally engagable with said lifting stem (14) for connecting and locking a selectablenumber of weights to the central lifting stem (14).
