摘要：PURPOSE:To eliminate the variation of a current which is supplied from theemitter of the output-stage NPN transistor(TR) of the current limiting circuit.
CONSTITUTION:A base current detection resistance R which is connected to the base ofthe 2nd NPN TR Q2 of an output stage consists of a NPN TR base diffusion layer PB andan emitter diffusion layer NE. Consequently, the resistance value of the base currentdetection resistance R becomes proportional to the hFE of the NPN TR and the currentwhich is supplied from the emitter of the 2nd NPN TR Q2 has no hFE dependency.
