想必大家对“别让孩子输在起跑线上”这句话很熟悉吧？没错，现在的父母总是望子成龙、望女成凤，为自己的孩子报了各种五花八门的学习班。家长们几乎把业余时间都贡献出来，忙碌地奔波在来回接送孩子的路上。那对于这些孩子们来说，他们既要完成学校的学习和功课，又要参加各种补习班，简直是太辛苦了！而且等到他们写完所有作业，眼皮直打架时，还要在家长地逼迫下看一个小时的书，可想而知，在这种睡意朦胧之中，怎能把书中的经典看进去呢？又怎能会喜欢看书呢？
而我，却跟很多同龄孩子不同。
我一放学就回家写作业，只要完成好了作业，剩余的时间就都属于我的了，可以由我自己自由支配哦！我一个星期除了学作文（还是自己喜欢的），其余什么英语、舞蹈、钢琴、奥数——我一个也没有报！我会充分利用自由的时间，做很多我喜欢的事情。比如在书海中畅游，我曾读过《小公主》、《玛蒂尔达》等。我希望自己能像小公主萨拉学习，做一个坚强的女孩，经得起打击，书中命运之神对她的不公，让她曾几度痛苦万分，但她依旧笑对人生，最终她的乐观和执着感动了上苍，获得了真正的幸福！我希望自己也能像玛蒂尔达那样，虽然她只有5岁，可她聪明过人，利用超能力帮助亨尼老师夺回了父亲的遗产，用她的智慧打败了可恶的校长......这些故事都那么引人入胜，让我为之着迷！我还利用自由时间作画，我画过可爱的小丸子、画过美少女、画过各种海报，虽然画技不咋地，但我依然乐在其中，妈妈说我的画进步很快哦！
在这段自由时间里，我做的最有意义的一件事就是写小说。不怕你笑话，我写过n本小说，有《校园长篇小说》《蓝莓女孩》《银儿的花季》《阳光小镇de夏令营》等等。我的小说还有很多粉丝，其中铁杆粉丝就是我的妈妈，现在妈妈几乎每晚都离不开我的小说，因为妈妈说，只有看完了我的小说她才能很好的入眠。粉丝中还有我的很多同学和亲戚朋友，班里同学在我的带动下，也纷纷开始写起了小说！不瞒你说，我还利用写小说赚了很多“稿费”！
我这样的自由生活让“大忙人”同学很羡慕，我没有因为这样变得一无是处，反而还从中收获了不少他们在补习班学不到的知识！

与长自己很多的男人一起，自己仍然处于懵懂状态，却坚决的，从某种学术的角度上，从智力的方面，认为自己都明白。孩子气，也同样因为这种自信显得比同龄人沉着。这些男人一定看到了潜力。他们喜欢上这种天真的，还未被发觉却提前受到了肯定的可能性。
成长在一段时间里处于被动状态，也全然归功于时间的推进，无论你喜不喜欢这个事实。对于这些男人们，承担历史上某场冒险的曾经一定多少沾染了激情和乐趣，现在也无非变成了一身冷汗，或者某种微妙而根基稳固的成就感，极为渺小的但足以被意识到的荣耀。
回头想，这些在时间的推进上曾经领先一步的男人们，像一种预先设定好的可以起到引导作用的知识。于是那个假装明白的人，混沌之中被拉了一把又一把，迅速的进步和成长起来。
但是这些被提及的进步成长只可能随时间的推进而逐渐实现。就比如这些起先就放在眼前的知识，关于这些男人们，和必须被承认的、曾经存在过的某种既定的距离和隔阂，不走过一个时间的坎儿，却怎么都没法为自己提供哪怕任何的解释。
只有时间能拉你一把。好在时间一直不停的拉着你。咬着你。摧残和折磨你，让你痛苦，却无法浇灭希望的火焰，由于时间的不能被推翻的存在，令你兴奋，激昂，迫不及待，如坐针毡。
也许时间就是一种……一种令距离和隔阂始终存在的，无可避免的因素。也许这可以解释很多人的'很多的……莫名的悲伤的情绪。
但是，无论如何。
忧郁或者风流。对着某块地毯的细致纹路流泪，或者，对着某个魅力十足的对象手段熟练的调情，其实并没有任何区别。它们感性，对于你自身来说毫不陌生，没有一点恶意，动机不明，结果却全由你掌握。只是你随便做的某件事情罢了。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，不知不觉，小学生活已经过去了五年。这个学期更是过得飞快，我感觉每天都处在忙碌的学习中，想想如果能够给我三天自由时间，那该多好啊！

Some people may be so busy that they never have a spare moment, but it would be hard to find such people in contemporary times. Working hours are shorter and vacations longer, and there are more and more ways to spend the weekends. Aside from eating and sleeping, what do people do during the many hours when they are not at work or at school?
Use of free time often discloses much about one＇s tastes, values, interests and personality. What may be one man＇s leisure, however, might be another man＇s work. In leisure hours, some may turn to the humanities: literature, magic, art and here we might also mention movies and television. Others participate in sports, politics, voluntary work or hobbies at home. Still others like parties, travelling, or just loafing.
Obviously, the use of free time is a good means of relaxation, but its benefits go beyond this. All things people do in leisure hours enable them to gratify their wishes. This can contribute to intellectual growth and promote social activities as well.
So the good use of free time will make life rich, colorful and rewarding.

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education, there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around parents all the time.
Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:
First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.
Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as walking to school by himself, for instance.
From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.
