即将步入人才市场,在茫茫的职场中寻找一个属于自己的位置。准备一份让招聘官喜欢的Résumé,是走向成功的第一步。事实上,除了必须的要件以外,人事经理对于履历风格的追求也可谓“与时俱进”。在制作履历的时候,也不可忽略这一点。那么,现代人事经理喜好的'履历风格到底是什么?对于履历,人事经理们的兴奋点还会有什么新的发展动向?
简约就是美。这句话对于履历来说,仍旧管用。现在,一页履历(one-page résumés)还是主打风格,两页履历也开始崭露头角。但对于厚且长的履历,没有人事经理持欢迎态度。因为通常人事经理在 面试 过程中,对待履历的时间平均不会超过5秒。
虽然,对于贴上照片的履历,人事经理们还抱有容忍的态度,但从研究的角度来审视,人事经理似乎更倾向于没有照片的履历。在他们的心目中,你有多少能力为企业创造多少财富,是首要问题;脸蛋,重要但不绝对———除非,他们的行当要靠脸吃饭。
面对一张报价单似的履历,或一张附上一些别人对于你的评论或者赞美的履历,很多人事经理倾向于后者,假如评论或者赞美恰如其分、不甜得发腻的话。多一些线索了解你,总不是件坏事。
学历、证书虽然不能代表一切,但毕竟能说明一些问题,所以,它还是如此重要。在撰写履历的时候,不要随意将此忽略。
你所获得奖项、你所获得荣誉,不要轻描淡写地在履历上一笔带过。虽然,这些荣誉与你所应聘的职位、专业相差甚远,但毕竟这些能够折射出你的一个方面———你曾经优秀过,你值得信赖。这一点,在人事经理眼里,永远重要。
健康状况,在过去可能是一个关键的变量,而现在,不少人事经理似乎并不将此作为履历上必不可少的要件。
愿不愿意到外地工作或者经常出差,已成为人事经理取舍求职者的关键。因为,在经济全球化的这个世界里,永远呆在一个地方,不是胸怀大志企业的发展逻辑。在地球村里,同时开设几个分号,是极其寻常的事情。如果你没有在履历中表明这种心迹,也许会失去很多机会。
调查表明,人事经理更习惯于应聘者能够带着履历前来进行应聘、 面试 。看着履历,兴许他能泉涌出很多关于岗位、职责、能力、薪酬……一系列灵感。所以,去 面试 的时候,不要自信得连履历都不带。多准备一些COPY,有备无患,总比事后懊恼要好得多。
