反义疑问句的最后用什么,取决于前面的句子的谓语是什么.比如：You are not Tom,are you?
You told him the truth,didn't you?You have finished your work,havent' you?
The train will soon arrive,won't it?
He had no money,didn't he?(这里had是实义动词“有”,不是助动词）
He had never lived in China,hadn't he?（这句前半部分的had是助动词,帮助表示时态）

有。你知道have可以做情态动词吧？当它做情态动词的时候，反意疑问句就是这样的。举个例子:You had been abroad, hadn't you?你去过国外，不是吗？希望能帮到你。追问那么请问第二句为什么又不加 not 呢?

Hadn't you better do your homework at home？是否定疑问句，常译作“难道……?”，有反问的意味。
Had we better leave early ? 是一般疑问句，征求对方意见，语气比否定疑问句委婉，“我们早点离开，好不好？”
