Abstract
Food is a necessity for human survival, storage stability of a large number of food on the development of the national economy played a vital role. Storage of food is also the State to prepare for war, famine and other emergencies and to take effective measures. Therefore, the safe storage of food is important. Grain in the storage process, its temperature control is essential to prevent spoilage or deterioration, one of the measures. Granary relatively large in size, temperature measurement points will be many, and the need for real-time monitoring, need to spend a lot of energy. Warehouse Temperature measurements, and therefore the corresponding intelligent measurement and control of food preservation has been an important research direction.
With the rapid development of microcomputer technology, SCM has been widely in various fields of application. The system is designed to address such issues, and is based on ATC51 microcontroller and numerical temperature sensor DS18B20 granary of the temperature at the core control system. The system uses ATC51 microcontroller collection point temperature of each temperature to achieve temperature display, sound and light alarm functions. It ATC51 microcontroller-based control chip, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 multi-channel temperature of the test, using 7-segment LED digital tube display visual image of the upper and lower temperature settings and the measured temperature value. In this paper, determine the design basis, emphasizes the system's hardware and software design, and describes the system circuit design, hardware design block diagram, flowchart and the use of various chip functions and features.
The system because of its low cost, design and practical, great value promotion and application.

This system because of its low prices, design practical, highly popularization and application value.
